ShareComp 2011, the virtual conference for the professionals who work with share-based compensation programmes. EUROPEAN KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Alexy Armitage, Head of Employee Ownership, ifs ProShare - Session starts at 9:00AM GMT
Alexy has over 20 years experience in the world of employee share plans.She has a breadth of experience and knowledge, as both a lawyer and consultant, having worked extensively on global employee share plans for international corporations located in the UK, the USA, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Alexy has lived and worked in the UK, France and Hong Kong.
Alexy was previously with Mercer HR Consulting where she worked in both their London and Paris offices as a Senior Consultant. Alexy is a lawyer by background, qualified in two jurisdictions, and has worked with major international law firms; most recently Baker & McKenzie, and a major international bank; HSBC in Hong Kong. Alexy commenced her experience in employee share plans with PWC (then Coopers & Lybrand) where she also obtained her formal tax qualification (ATII).
Alexy has worked with ifs ProShare in the past and was instrumental in setting up the ifs ProShare EU Focus Group; being its first chair. Alexy led the discussions concerning the EU Prospectus Directive and attended the European CESAR open forums on behalf of ifs ProShare to push for changes to the Directive in so far as it impacts employee share plans.
Alexy is also a member of the Global Equity Organisation and assisted in the establishment of its France Chapter. Alexy is also a member of the Institute of Financial Participation and has worked with them closely on their projects with the EU Commission to review employee financial participation across the EU Member States.

US KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Ira Kay, Partner, Pay Governance LLC - Session starts at 9:00AM EST
Ira T. Kay is one of the nation's foremost experts on executive compensation, and is a Managing Partner at Pay Governance. Ira served as the global director of Watson Wyatt's Executive Compensation practice for 16 years. He works closely with the boards and management to help them develop executive compensation programs that increase shareholder value. His clients include premier American and global corporations ranging across various industries, including telecommunications, financial services, retail, defense, technology, consulting, insurance, business services, consumer products, media, food, transportation, among others.
Ira writes and speaks regularly on executive compensation issues. His most recent co-authored book, "Myths and Realities of Executive Compensation," documents the realities of executive pay in the United States and the forces that have shaped pay in recent years. He is also the author of "The Human Capital Edge, CEO Pay and Shareholder Value: Helping the U.S. Win the Global Economic War", and "Value at the Top: Solutions to the Executive Compensation Crisis." Ira has presented analysis of executive compensation issues before the Federal Reserve Board, the S.E.C., the F.A.S.B. and a U.S. Senate subcommittee. He is often quoted in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes, The Economist, and other leading publications. His articles have been published in the Harvard Business Review and the McKinsey Quarterly.
Ira holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in economics from Wayne State University.

Q: What does "virtual event" mean? Is ShareComp 2010 just a series of webinars?
A: ShareComp 2010 is much more than a series of webinars. In addition to presentations, attendees will be able to meet sponsors at their booths in our 3D-rendered exhibit hall, meet and chat with other attendees in our networking lounge and download substantive educational materials from our Resource Library. All of this will be available during the Live event on 23 February 2010 and during the year of on-demand access.

Q: Will I receive CEP continuing education credits for this event?
A: YES, absolutely! You will need to submit your hours from this event in the same manner as physical events or webinars.

Q: I registered for this event however I will be out of town on a business project. May I still have a copy of any handouts or PowerPoint's and would you please include me in any future events?
